Health and Safety
We believe that nothing is more important than the health and safety of our colleagues and that the delivery of a positive safety culture demonstrates respect for individual employees.
Accordingly, the Health and Safety (H&S) agenda is a major focus and continuing priority for us - so much so that we require it to be discussed meaningfully at every level of the business from production floor to board meetings at daily, weekly and monthly intervals. We report every year on our H&S performance and our Health and Safety policy sets out our standards.
