TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF NORTHERN FOODS plc’s IMAGE LIBRARY

By downloading and/or making use of the images contained in the Northern Foods plc’s image library (the “Images”) you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to those terms and conditions contained in the Northern Foods plc’s legal disclaimer (the “Terms and Conditions”):

(a) All the Images are owned by Northern Foods plc. In the event you download the Images in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you will not gain any title or intellectual property rights in the Images.

(b) You acknowledge and agree that you shall not copy, adapt, exploit or otherwise use the Images in any way save for the downloading and temporary storage of the Images for the purposes of viewing on a personal computer or terminal. Any other use of the Images is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Northern Foods plc.

(c) If you use the Images in any way save as permitted in the Terms and Conditions, such use will constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions entitling us to terminate your use of the Images with immediate effect and claim damages. You shall indemnify Northern Foods plc in respect of any claims, damages, costs and expenses it incurs arising out of such misuse.

(d) Whilst Northern Foods plc takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Images are free from any viruses and defects, Northern Foods plc will not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage that you might suffer as a result of using the Images in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
