At Northern Foods we are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The board has overall responsibility for corporate governance and is accountable to the company's shareholders for good governance.
We recognise the importance of this responsibility and comply fully with the provisions set out in Section 1 of the 2008 Combined Code on Corporate Governance (the Combined Code) and the associated Turnbull Guidance.
