As a graduate looking to step in to a career in the food industry, you will be aware of the size and scope of opportunities available in Northern Foods. There are two routes to joining us: by applying directly to a role at one of our sites or by joining the Northern Foods Graduate Scheme.
The Northern Foods Graduate Scheme enables you to create a solid foundation on which to build a successful long-term career in core functions, take charge of your career, experience real responsibility and achieve the results that you desire.
The scheme is made up of three key elements:
We have high expectations of our graduates and understand the need for strong support to enable you to flourish. As a graduate you will be supported by your line manager, a development sponsor and a graduate 'buddy'.
The Graduate Scheme intake is September annually and we typically recruit into the following functions:
The recruitment process runs across eight to ten weeks per function throughout the winter and spring months. Roles are posted on our vacancy board as they become live.
